Give your nervous system some attention by participating in kundalini yoga exercises specifically designed to strengthen, support and tone your nervous system. The sound of the gong, particularly effective and as played by Yogi Bhajan (tape) is part of the yogic set.  With over 1 billion cells in the spinal cord alone our nervous system is a vital part to our overall health and wellbeing.  In this specially focused class you will also participate in a meditation to strengthen the nervous system.  Support your body’s natural healing process as we continue our entry into spring.

This two-part workshop series will provide building blocks and a structure to enable you to practice at home as well as a follow up session aimed at supporting you to navigate the obstacles that are met along the way. Part 1 will include both a short and long sequence to take home. Please bring a notepad and personal journal.
